The company also reported increased revenues and adjusted EBITDA while updating its diluted AFFO per share outlook to $8.75-$8.90 for the fiscal year.
Net revenues reached $528 million while adjusted EBITDA grew 7.7%, supported by rising demand from national advertisers and improved free cash flow.
The board approved a $1.60 per share payout due in March and authorized up to $500 million in additional share and debt repurchases through September 2027.
