The deal brings together several travel brands, creating a leading Nordic travel group with 160 aircraft and 30 million customers.
The contract covers domestic, European, and intercontinental flights, strengthening SAS's position in the Norwegian public sector.
The agreement covers over 11,000 maintenance, airport, cargo, and administrative employees in Canada. Terms remain confidential pending ratification.
The four-year agreement covers approximately 6,000 customer service employees and is effective until February 28, 2030.
