In short: UNIQA reported higher first-half earnings and premium growth in 2026
Earnings before taxes rose by 10.5 per cent to €327 million while net consolidated profit increased by 11.1 per cent to €258 million following strong performance across property casualty and health segments.
The increase reflects strong 2025 results, with payment on 22 June 2026. Two new supervisory board members elected.
Premiums written rose 14.4% to €2.80B, earnings before taxes up 5.9% to €160M, and outlook confirmed.
The new fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes are priced at 99.369%, mature in 2046, and fund repurchase of existing notes and general purposes. Trading starts around 13 May 2026.
