In short: M2 increased its stake in Corem to over 50% and managed several bond issuances while reporting a Q1 2026 net loss of SEK 349 million.
By acquiring Gårdarike's shares, Corem becomes a subsidiary and is consolidated from the second quarter of 2026.
Operating loss was SEK 229 million, and the company issued SEK 200 million in senior unsecured bonds.
The board was re-elected with Rutger Arnhult as chairman and Ernst & Young remains as auditor with unchanged fees.
As of 31 March 2026, M2 passes 30% of the votes passively through conversion of A-shares to B-shares. The stake becomes approx 31%, no mandatory bid is triggered. After the proposed change to the articles of association, the stake becomes just over 20%.
