In the first half of 2026, the sale to Cementos Molins for 1.081 billion euros generated a 516 million capital gain and lifted net profit to 570 million euros.
The group invested €413m, including two acquisitions in Spain, and net profit reached €121m.
The disposal reversed net debt to cash positive and the Group invested €102.9M in growth areas.
The gross amount per bond is 1,527.28 EUR, payable on 29 June 2026, subject to withholding tax.
