Net sales increased 3.7% to 7,186 MSEK. EBITA rose 6.2% to 1,588 MSEK. Two acquisitions were consolidated.
Lifco signs agreement for majority acquisition of Italian Metalltech S.r.l., a designer and manufacturer of expanded metal. Revenue 15.8 MEUR 2025, 53 employees. Consolidated in Systems Solutions.
