Vexlum announces strategic partnership with OXIDE Corporation
The collaboration combines Vexlum’s VECSEL technology with OXIDE’s UV crystals to develop high-power deep UV lasers for quantum computing and semiconductor manufacturing. A 302 nm laser is now commercially available.
