The George Washington University and MFA are partners in the transaction. Capital Medical Group, led by CEO Dr. Bruno Petinaux, will provide care across over 50 specialties and multiple locations.
Net income attributable to UHS was $358.4 million, net revenues up 8.3%, and adjusted EPS forecast midpoint decreased 2.6%.
It will report results after market close on July 27, with a conference call the next day.
