Mr Daniel Grobler resigned effective 11 November 2025; a final liquidation order for the listed holding company was granted on 27 October 2025 and a provisional liquidator appointed.
The Gauteng High Court granted liquidation on 27 October 2025 and provisional liquidator Theo van den Heever was appointed. The order does not affect Murray & Roberts Limited.
The court Return Date moved to 27 October 2025 and Theo van den Heever was appointed provisional liquidator. Trading suspension remains and shareholders will be updated on material developments.
