Horiba, Ltd. announced on the 11th that a new factory for its semiconductor business has started operation in Fukuchiyama City, Kyoto Prefecture. Through automation, it will increase the production capacity of gas flow control devices incorporated into semiconductor manufacturing equipment by up to three times.
