In short: Beyond Frames launched the VR game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Empire City and restructured its board during the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
No dividend for 2025, the board was reduced to four members, and a new issue was authorized.
The game is available on Meta Quest, Steam VR, and Pico for $24.99 and supports single-player or cooperative play; a $4.99 Digital Deluxe upgrade offers skins, artbook, and soundtrack.
The meeting is held on 21 May 2026 in Stockholm. The nomination committee proposes board election, fees and authorisations. Negative result of 6.7 million kronor is offset against retained earnings.
