Net revenue fell 15.7% and EBITA declined; orders grew 2.6% and Amplex acquired over 99% leading to delisting.

Board consists of Fredrik Celsing (chairman), Mia Tomczak, and Richard Jernberg until next AGM. Shares and warrants delist from Nasdaq First North tomorrow.
