In short: ADDvise Group was delisted from Nasdaq First North in February 2026 following its acquisition by Amplex AB and a series of financial restructurings.

Board consists of Fredrik Celsing (chairman), Mia Tomczak, and Richard Jernberg until next AGM. Shares and warrants delist from Nasdaq First North tomorrow.
EBITA rose 0.9% to SEK 273.3 million with 17.0% margin. Organic sales grew 1.5% net of currency. Applies for delisting post Amplex takeover.
